RCS Master Control installation 1/17/06
The Moody Broadcasting Network was supposed to have a test system of RCS Master Control to try out before installation. This would have let us find potential problems. It would have let voice talent and engineers become familiar with the system, etc. The installation was supposed to last 2 weeks, but it ended up being months of problems and head aches. One month later in February of 2006, Phil Shappard was determined to push his RCS Master Control system forward. The problems we were having at the Network were not solved, but Phil felt we should push forward and install the system at our Cleveland station, WCRF.

Here we see Phil Shappard scavenging parts from an old affiliate. He got the expensive LNB off, but managed to fall through the dish causing damage requiring extensive repairs for any body else that might have been able to use it.
