How Phil Shappard has hindered Moody Radio and is wasting listeners donations

How much did the Conference Center,
Majesty, and Inspiration internet Channels really cost?
After ten months of research, development, and implementation, I created an interactive audio website that cost Moody Broadcasting approximately $5000.

Each new internet station was going to only cost approximately $1500.

Instead you get this (below) which costs more!

How much does having less features cost you?
$7,000 PER STATION.

Did you also know that the Majesty Station was actually running and playing since August 2007? They would not allow me to release it to the public because it was not operating under the more expensive system.
This is what it looked like:

When I brought forth these issues to my “new” boss, Phil Shappard, then to the Division Manager, Doug Hastings, and then to the Vice President of Broadcasting, Wayne Pederson, I was told to be “quiet.”

About a month later, at a 3 hour all broadcasting staff meeting, Broadcasting staff was encouraged to bring forth all problems and issues to the V.P. of Broadcasting, Wayne Pederson, and the C.E.O., Ed Cannon, in an open forum. I presented my case about the lack of stewardship of listeners funds and the mismanagement of the “new” department. One week later I was fired.

So now the new Department of Online Audio at the Moody Bible Institute only consists of one person, the manager, Phil Shappard. It is only him and no one else. He doesn’t even know how the Conference Center works which is why it has not been updated since October. These messages have been taken from the original tapes that go through a lengthy process to be digitized. Most of these tapes are over 40 years old and are disintegrating in the audio library. My job was to rescue these old programs, digitize them, and then get them up on the Conference Center so you could listen to them. This is an important part of the history of the Moody Bible Institute that will be lost for ever, because a handful of men have listened to one man, Phil Shappard, and no one else.

UPDATE 2011 The Department of Online Audio is no more. Wayne Pederson VP has resigned, and Ed Cannon CEO was fired. WHAT IS PHIL SHAPPARD DOING? I know he doesn’t report to anyone....
