6 Months of work to implement 6/13/06
After six months of trying to get RCS Master Control to work for the Moody Broadcasting Network, everybody had enough... except Phil Shappard, of course. I was asked to lead a meeting by the leaders of every department that had to work with RCS. We were to present our problems to Wayne Pederson, V. P. of Broadcasting, and recommend to go back to the old system immediately as our on-air sound was horribly affected by this system. Wayne agreed, but the next day Phil called an emergency meeting with Wayne and the people at RCS Master Control and convinced Wayne to give them 1 week to fix the problems. That week came and went..... Phil had won.
I hate having to write about, and re-live all of this. I left to pursue other areas of ministry, but they have fired me because of my lack of cooperation to work with RCS Master Control, so I would like you to understand why. If you aren’t a technical person then you might want to skip the article. I was basically Phil Shappard’s errand boy. If things ever went well, he would take credit, he’s the boss. If there was a problem not being solved, he would say it was my fault; that I was not asking the right questions. Well I did ask many questions and RCS eventually told me to stop asking and only communicate to them through Phil.
This is what was presented to V.P. Wayne Pederson.

This is a large 13MB file and is very technical. I would only recommend this to those considering purchasing the RCS Master Control system and would like to know how their support really is.

Phil Shappard endangered my life driving to Cleveland for the RCS Master Control installation at WCRF. The car had a wobbly ride the whole way there. Ended up one of the tires was so worn, the steel tread was showing through.
